The Redline Roadhouse is owned and operated by Chef, Jordan-Benz Gaylor. The grandson of German immigrants who opened and ran the successful Linden House in Greenwood Lake, NY in the 1940's, Jordan quickly learned his way around the kitchen. Also the son of a professional jazz musician and artist, Harold Gaylor, Jordan developed an affinity for music at a young age.
Shortly after leaving school, Jordan trained under the world renowned Austrian chef, Michel Career at the United Nations Plaza Hotel in New York City. Jordan furthered his experience by working at several of New York City's upscale restaurants and catering establishments before becoming the executive chef at the Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht Club in Westchester, NY.
In 2015, Jordan realized his lifetime dream of combining great food, good music, and a warm and friendly atmosphere under one roof when he and his wife Patty bought the Redline Roadhouse.
